Prosys OPC and Ai4Value have signed a cooperation agreement to help industrial customers turn production data into actionable insights more efficiently. The cooperation brings together Prosys OPC’s expertise in industrial data interoperability and harmonization with Ai4Value’s expertise in industrial AI and advanced analytics.
Prosys OPC UA Forge collects, harmonizes, and structures industrial OT data close to the source, making it easier to understand and use across different applications. Ai4Value further enriches this context with other production-environment data. Its ValueFactory platform then uses the resulting data for advanced analytics, including anomaly detection, dependency modeling, soft sensors, and other AI-driven applications.
Together, the solutions cover the journey from raw production data to analytics that can deliver measurable value for industrial customers.
