MTP Nordic Summit 2026

MTP Nordic Summit brings together industry experts, technology providers, and end users to discuss modular production, Pharma 4.0, and the practical adoption of MTP in the process industries. The event provides a forum for sharing experiences, technical insights, and real-world implementations around modular automation. The event will take place on April 17, 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Prosys OPC is happy to announce our participation in the event. Our CTO Jouni Aro will give a presentation titled “OPC UA and MTP: How does that fit together?”
In his talk, Jouni will explore the relationship between OPC UA and Module Type Package (MTP) and how these technologies support interoperability and modular automation. The presentation will highlight how OPC UA enables standardized communication between modules and orchestration systems, helping process industries move toward more flexible and scalable modular plants.
